    Do you make them? I don't bother, personally I've yet to see anyone actually keep a resolution they've made!

    No I think its kinda silly. I mean who actually keeps them. I find it better to try just changing things as I go.

    I do goals instead. I make them manageable so as to not become overwhelmed.
